With that in mind, our leadership team created Modern Make-Ready as an answer to an ongoing need in the industry for a company that focuses on the seemingly "small" upgrades and repairs. While a full kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation do have their place, they aren't always necessary. There are so many "smaller" things that can be done to help modernize a space without putting you out of your home for a massive renovation weeks at a time, especially if you are getting ready to put your home on the market!
